GroupSense is designed with privacy as a core principle. This page explains how we collect, process, and protect data.
Website data
- We only collect information you submit through forms, such as email.
- We only use it to contact you for activation or setup confirmation.
- We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.
Bot data processing
- Group messages enter a short-lived backend cache only for AI summary generation.
- After a successful summary, the temporary cache is cleared and user messages are not stored on the backend.
- Messages that are not summarized are cleared after the retention window.
- We do not use your messages to train AI models. Messages are sent to the LLM provider only for one-time processing.
Sensitive community privacy
- We do not collect or store wallet addresses, trading data, or DeFi activity.
- GroupSense does not process wallets, on-chain verification, or payments; those remain managed by your community.
- Sensitive discussions follow the same temporary-cache cleanup policy and are used only for the requested summary.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
- Group owners can remove GroupSense to stop future message processing.
